An actor within the APHP must undergo the process of the Initiate Inscription Rite before they can be considered a fully transformed member of The Priesthood.  The rite involves the modification of the actor's body in a highly visible, permanent fashion that incorporates visual information relevant to the APHP's mission of embracing and expanding the culture of radioactive materials, death, rebirth, and entropy.
